Help for the four
jerryjee.com apps
One developer reads every message — no ticket queue, no bot, no chat window that pretends to be a person. Start with your app's FAQ; most answers already live there.
NO JAVASCRIPT · NO COOKIES · NO TRACKERS · SERVER-RENDERED HTML
[email protected] — the same address published as the support email on the store listings. English or Simplified Chinese, whichever is quicker for you to write.
What to include
App name and version, your device and OS version, what you tapped, what you expected instead, and a screenshot when numbers or a screen are involved. Versions sit on each landing page and in each store listing.
Who answers
The developer who wrote the app, which is why replies can take a few days — and longer in a release week, when the answer is often "fixed in this build". There is no timer to promise and no queue to hide behind.
| App | Runs on | Answers first | Listing |

| AgentRadar | macOS 13.0 or later | /agentradar/faq/ | Mac App Store |
| Neural Network | iOS 15.6 or later · Android · macOS (Apple Silicon) | /nn/faq/ | App Store · Google Play |
Q1I was charged — who refunds it?
Apple and Google take payments and issue refunds for anything bought through their stores; this site never sees a card number. Request it on Apple's report a problem page or through Google Play's refund flow. If you were charged for something the app did not deliver, email me what happened and I will support the request.
Q2Something is broken. How does a fix reach me?
Email the details above and you get a human answer first. Fixes then travel through store review, so the realistic answer is "in the next version" rather than "now" — I will tell you which, and if a workaround exists you get it immediately.
Q3What happens to my data?
The privacy policy is the answer that counts: it states what each app keeps on your device and what, if anything, leaves it. Read it at the current policy page; anything this site claims about data is a summary, not a substitute for it.
